, Aloha POS) and process payments - Provide excellent guest service, ensuring a positive dining experience - Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely delivery of food orders - Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area - Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of guests Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server or in a similar customer service role is preferred - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation management systems is a plus - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terms is beneficial - Ability to operate a cash register and handle financial transactions efficiently - Understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices to maintain a clean dining environment Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
