The position is offered as Full-Time.
Primarily Day shift with on-call duties when necessary.
The position would be responsible for the overall condition and preventative maintenance of the property.
Experience in the following a PLUS:
Plumbing, Electrical, Pool/Spa Maintenance, A/C Repair, Painting/Wallpaper, Overall Handyman We also ask that you understand that our industry requires availability on weekends and holidays.
The ideal candidate is likely to have worked in a hotel or similar environment, but not required, be able to demonstrate initiative, can work alone and stay on task, be someone who has a reputation for delivering great service, and has reliable transportation.
