The Design & Marketing Coordinator role focuses on creating and leading marketing initiatives that capture the unique personality of our brand, QuickSupply, to communicate our unique offering to some of the nation's largest brands.
A Design & Marketing Coordinator within our National Accounts division ensure consistency across all internal and external communications while honing both our division and brand personalities.
From proofing of all creative documents, sales presentations and event collateral, to managing our team's Intranet, the successful, error-free deployment of these initiatives for our multi-unit foodservice clients is crucial to measuring success in this role.
This new role combines aspects of copy editing, content marketing, design, and project management to deliver creative solutions that impact our core customers.
The Design & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for clearly and accurately communicating brand messaging to our customers to enhance their overall user experience and engagement with QuickSupply, reporting directly to the Platform & UX Manager.
The perfect candidate for this role practices extreme attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when putting forth work to both internal and external clients.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Understand how to craft content that is relevant to engaging prospective, existing customers, and driving traffic to the company's website to boost sales.
Meticulously proofreads all materials before sharing with internal and external clients, ensuring accuracy and diligence.
Combine both analytics and creativity to deliver high-quality targeted content that speak to our specific audience.
Utilize creativity to build custom presentations for both the Business Development and Account Management teams.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of CNA's WordPress site for the greater CNA team.
Assist User Experience Specialists in the onboarding and post-launch maintenance processes, as needed.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Ongoing maintenance of client sites, marketing elements and catalogs as client needs evolve; Coordination of all user account information and hierarchy setup needs; Troubleshooting as platform issues are presented; Collaborating with Clark's Development team to continuously improve the platform; Submission of PBIs, impediments, and bugs found across QuickSupply; Participate in external client conversations to lend expertise, as opportunities arise.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEo Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in related design and/or marketing role.
o Experience in copy editing and/or proofing.
o Expansive knowledge of and experience with Adobe Suite of products, including Photoshop/Illustrator, etc.
o Experience with WordPress content management systems.
o Experience with email marketing programs such as MailChimp, Marketo, etc.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIESo Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain technical and complex concepts in a simple and concise way to ensure ease of understanding.
o Enjoys and excells at proofreading for accuracy.
o Ability to think creatively and collaborate with a team.
o Strong emotional intelligence is required with the ability to connect with others in person and remotely.
o Demonstrated passion for design and marketing.
o Strong analytical and critical thinking skillso Ability to work independently and within a team.
o Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable working in a high-tech environment.
