years of experience of professional production work (not high school or college courses) as a manual or automatic garment screen printer operator.
Must have knowledge in setup/ tear down, up to 6-8 color printing, squeegee selection, and plastisol ink usage, knowledge on performance material printing and burning/reclaiming screens a plus but not required.
Must be a detailed oriented worker who can work under pressure with very little mistakes.
