Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
We are a fee for service office that is prided on quality dental care and relationships with patients and each other.
We need a TEAM player with a TEAM philosophy.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct incoming calls promptly - Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations - Maintain a tidy and presentable front desk area - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information - Assist with event planning and coordination - Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently - Manage office tasks such as filing, typing, and organizing documents
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or similar role - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask - Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills - Experience in dental field is a MUST This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where customer service is key.
